Spent most of today sleeping. Its my day off, I'm allowed to! As of next week I'll be working with the bookkeeper on tuesdays so its my last tuesday off for a while. Tomorrow 2 of the kiddies are at home and I'm trying to decide wether to go to yoga or not. Maybe I'll just go grocery shopping with DH and the kids instead?

Its my birthday on Sunday YAY 5 days to go and I'm 27! 3 years and I'm 30 wow thats nuts. I dont feel 27. I still feel 21. Imagine, I was 21 when I had Reiley, 21 when I moved out of home for good, 21 when I met DH (whoops!).

Anyway, random crap...... I want milk but we have none until the morning :(

Do you like your body?

This question has been asked time and time again, but really, really think about it... do you?
My immediate answer is no, but I really dont lose any sleep over it! I've had 3 children in 6 years and although I've got saggy boobies and stretch marks I really dont care! The only thing I care about is that my tummy is a little too large, but I guess its only going to get larger until October!

The kittens are really big now and theyre trying to walk around, its so cute. Their mamma moved them to under my bed which is interesting when they miow under my head all night! But its too cute to be too angry with them.

Work is looking up for me. We got funding for me to be paid an extra 2 days per week, plus maybe another extra day with Mava, plus an extra 2 hours a month as OHS Chair. So roughly 28 hours a week. It aint great money, I'd be looking at about $400 a week after tax, but boosted up with a little FTB money it starts to look ok maybe.

I've decided to quit TAFE. I just dont think I'm in a space to effectively study right now. I mean I have all this extra work happening, extra mental streses, I'd have to take time off in October, not to mention during other times of the year due to work committments so I really dont think I'm in the best time of my life to be doing another course. And I dont see it as failing anymore, more like a wrong decision IYKWIM. I think if I settle down again I might go back to it.

anyway, going to take the kids to the park and tomorrow going to the local bridal fair with SIL so will blog about how good/crappy it is :) May do a mini review of the whole fair!

Doing the wedding dress hunt

Yesterday SIL and DB and I went up to the gold coast hunting for wedding dresses. Man what a search. There are so many bee-yarchy shops around with no class whatsoever, I dont know how they get any business.

But at the end of the day she found THE dress! Its so gorgeous! Alfred Angelo (of course) and the bridesmaids dress is Alfred too. Sooooooo gorgeous!

This is my dress, in eggplant cause SIL loooooves purple. Its such a nice colour! So dressed up and formal. LOVE IT.

Cant show the brides dress, just bad form darling! Plus DB may see it LOL

Weekenders

Last night we took the kids across the road for a BBQ. It was really nice because its the home of a little girl that Reiley is in Kindergarden with. DH came and enjoyed himself too.

Yesterday was also THE day we found out about widget, which I wont post about here.

Today we spent doing not much at all, not even cleaning which is wierd because we usually spend the weekends cleaning the house ready for the week. I have to go to the doctors tomorrow for another BT and to see what they're gonna do about my X-ray. I need another x-ray on my arm from when I fell over a few weeks ago. Apparently I may have chipped the bone and have mid-level nerve damage which is what is causing all the pain in my arm still. Oh well, as long as its not permanent damage I'll be happy.

Tommorrow is my sister's (SIL) birthday. I havent figured out when I'm gonna see her yet but hopefully talk to her tonight on MSN. Havent I mentioned before that she's tops?

The kittens are growing heaps and sleeping heaps. Arent they supposed to have opened their eyes by now? Its been a week tomorrow....
